Hold on and trust Him...

Revelation given by God

A young girl standing with destruction taking its toll around her. The destruction is in black and white. The young girl is not phased as her attention, focus and concentration is on this beautiful, colourful flower. The world crumbles around her but yet her undivided attention is on the flower.

Word of God - Job 19

Take a read from verse 1 through to 20, you will see the pain and upset that Job goes through. Around him his life is crumbling. In the earlier chapters of this book, Job is described as a man who lives a good and healthy life so in this chapter we see that he's gone from being someone credible to someone despised. If you skip to verse 25...there's something powerful...He still had faith in God - 'For i know that my Redeemer lives, and that He shall stand at last on the earth'. He didn't allow his circumstances to discourage him, he kept his focus on God...

Normal Monday afternoon/evening
Choir practice
We're singing, we're praying, we're laughing, we're dancing
Time goes so fast
Mood changes
The praises to the Almighty just not the same anymore
Huffs, puffs, grunts and groans fill the room
Songs dragging
Enthusiasm dying
Colossians 3:23
'Whatever you do, do it whole heartedly, for it is unto the Lord and not unto man'
Realisation kicks in
Vocals come from deep within
Time to truly praise and worship Him
Revelation comes through
Indictaing that trust in Him is key
No matter what you're goin through, trust Him
Keep your eye on the prize...Him
Do not be distracted by the things the World throws at you
Simply because you have overcome them already
Be like the young girland ignore the negativity
Be like Job and hold on
Trust Him and He will do waht He said He would do
Afterall, He did say that He places His word above His own name, so they can never come back to Him void
Trust Him
Make God your sole focus
And remember whatever you do, do it whole heartedly, remember who you're doing it for
